The Invisible Threshold

A reflection game about psychological safety.

Welcome to The Invisible Threshold. The game is a reflection tool designed to support a constructive and collective effort around psychological safety in the workplace.

In our professional lives, we encounter invisible thresholds that limit our ability to think, speak, and act freely. The resulting insecurity is harmful both to the individual and to the workplace.

Psychological safety, on the other hand, is the confidence that we will not be punished or ridiculed for sharing ideas, reporting errors, or asking questions.

The game was developed in collaboration with occupational psychologist Sarah Ambs-Thomsen, one of Denmark's leading experts in the field.
